In either case, we encourage your feedback as it allows us to review and make continuous improvements.
The Customer Feedback Policy and Complaints Handling Procedure provides a framework to ensure that any feedback we receive is handled in an appropriate and effective way. It applies to all service complaints, formal complaints, compliments and general feedback received by council from its customers.
