Use this form for a Flood Information Application. A street address, lot and deposited plan number is required for all applications. Rural Mailbox (RMB) is not acceptable as the property location.
Flood levels and minimum floor levels will be provided according to Council's current records at the time of application, and Council reserves the right to review and amend these based upon the latest available flooding information.
Please note: Fees will be calculated in accordance with the Fees and Charges applicable at the time of lodgement of this application.
Council will only communicate with the applicant nominated. However, the applicant may attach written authority for another party to be provided with the details of this enquiry.
